THE COMPANY:

• Well-established brand, well known for their finest knitwear and ready-to-wear
• Multiple stores located around central London 

THE ROLE: 

Store Manager, you will work alongside your team to ensure the store achieves targets, delivers results, commercial and operational excellence, and a premium customer service experience is delivered. 

THE CANDIDATE:

• Identify opportunities to drive and maximize sales and profitability
• Motivate and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
• Driving and supporting team with sales
• Providing excellent customer service
• Achieve (and aim to exceed) targeted KPI's
• Managing the inbound and outbound of deliveries, and commencing stock inventories 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• At least 3 years' experience in a management role within a premium or luxury retail environment
• Excellent leadership skills and qualities
• Self-motivated, focused and driven to achieve personal and team goals
• Strong organisational and decision-making skills
• Personable, confident and talkative
