Responsibilities:

  • Building strong working relationships with clients and ensuring effective communication is maintained, updating clients accordingly via phone and email
  • Managing and preparing management accounts for clients
  • Preparing VAT Returns for clients efficiently and accurately
  • Dealing with any filing for payroll, P60 or RTI
  • Preparing any budgets or financial forecasts for clients as requested
  • Completing CIS Returns
  • General accounting and administrative duties

Person and skills required:

  • Highly motivated and professional
  • Experience working in an Accounting practice or a similar role (Desirable)
  • Excellent knowledge of completing CIS Returns (Essential)
  • AAT Qualified (Desirable)
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organised and efficient
