This is a seasonal role until the end of October 2024. The contract is 780 annualised hours, where the number of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in equal monthly instalments. This role is predominantly based at the Giant’s Causeway, but you may be required to work at other National Trust sites.

What you'll be doing

This role includes administration, sales and communications. You will support the Booking and Sales Co-ordinator in a busy office environment. Working within the appropriate National Trust procedures in a discrete and confidential manner you will support the effective operation of the Booking Office and enable it to meet its objectives. Responsibilities include answering visitor enquiries (phone and email), processing group booking enquiries, forward planning, reporting, invoicing, and analysing client activity.

Who we're looking for

This job is about providing an excellent service. To be fantastic in this role, you’ll be required to have the following:

  • relevant sales & booking experience.
  • experience of answering and dealing with customer enquiries, card payments, administrative duties and keeping accurate records.
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • knowledge of the travel and tourism industry.
  • able to multi-task, prioritise own workload and maintain confidentiality.
