Bodyshop Manager

£37-42k basic with £12,600 bonus and company car

Brighton

Permanent/Full Time

Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)

ACS are on the search for an experienced Bodyshop individual to join our client’s team, based in the Brighton area.

Duties & Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Manager:

  • Forecasting time scales and using management systems.
  • Liaising with internal and external managers, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrating registered repair techniques to a high standard.
  • Focusing on the Bodyshop striving for best practice, performance excellence and highly professional customer service.
  • Conducting stage inspections and final quality checks.
  • Consulting with customer admin teams on workflow progress.
  • Supporting all team members and working together.

Your Background & Skill:

  • You must hold previous experience within a Bodyshop environment as a Manager.
  • Qualified Estimator.
  • Strong understanding and experience of the repair process within a Bodyshop.
  • Knowledge of Bodyshop Management systems & Audatex.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
