Job Title: BMS Technical Estimator

Location: South East England

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + Car Allowance/Company Car

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced BMS Technical Estimator to join my clients team working in South East England. As a BMS Technical Estimator, you will play a key role in assessing project requirements, preparing accurate estimates, and contributing to the success of our Building Management Systems (BMS) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate project specifications and requirements to prepare accurate and competitive BMS technical estimates.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to understand project scopes and technical specifications.
  • Utilize your BMS expertise to provide technical insights during the estimation process.
  • Develop cost estimates, including materials, labor, and other project-related expenses.
  • Assist in proposal preparation and present technical information to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a BMS Technical Estimator is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of Building Management Systems and related technologies.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.

Package:
