Fantastic opportunity for an experience Block Manager to join a growing, market leading independent agents in the Northwood area.

On behalf of our clients, we're seeking a dedicated Full-Time Block Manager to join our expanding team in the Northwood area. In this role, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of blocks in and around the area.

Our longstanding clients have entrusted us with their properties for years, and we're experiencing growth necessitating this new position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations for your assigned developments.
  • Manage financial aspects including budgets, accounts, and reporting to clients.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and supervise maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders through AGMs and other channels.
  • Assist the property management team.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

  • Minimum 2 years of Block management experience
  • Some experience and understanding of property management.
  • Driven by career progression.
  • Exceptionally organized.

Monday to Friday 9am-6pm..

Option of a company car.
