Block Manager - West Midlands

Salary - £40000 - £45000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Block Manager with our Birmingham based client who are experienced Chartered Surveyors and Registered Valuers established for over 10 years. This is an exciting time to join the business and play a part in the growth and development of the residential team with extensive career progression opportunities.

Block Manager - Day to day duties and responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure all blocks are compliant.
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations including maintenance, repairs and inspections.
  • Diarise cyclical maintenance and works.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to deliver high-quality services.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols.

Block Manager - Experience and background

  • Experience in the property sector preferably over 2 years in residential block management.
  • Ability to demonstrate management, leadership skills.
  • Great communication & business generation qualities.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Relevant Industry based qualifications are desirable.
