An excellent opportunity has arisen within a highly regarded Property Management and Block Management company in Cardiff for a Block Management Administrator to join their fantastic team.   

Block Management Administrator – Benefits 

  • £23,000 - £24,000 basic salary DOE

Block Management Administrator – Duties 

  • Providing support to Block Managers with administrative duties
  • Organising and scheduling repairs and liaising with leaseholders and contractors
  • Chasing for service charge payments and ground rent arrears
  • Actioning points of note from Block Managers' site visits 
  • Covering out-of-hours phone on a rota basis (pay supplement provided) 
  • General day to day administrative duties 

Block Management Administrator – Experience Needed  

  • Previous experience as an Administrator is advantageous, along with some knowledge/experience in property
  • Previous experience dealing with administration.
  • Good time-keeping skills and ability to work to deadlines
  • Knowledge of Block Management desirable
