Position: Qualified Teacher of Biology Location: Redbridge, London Salary: M1-UPS3 (Outer London Pay Scale) Start Date: ASAP, Temporary leading to Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and inspiring Biology lessons to Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 students.
• Motivate and support students to achieve their academic potential in Biology.
• Use effective teaching strategies to promote active learning and student participation.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching Biology across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to student progress and academic excellence.
