The ideal Biology ECT will have gained fantastic school-based experience during their PGCE, as a Biology ECT at this prestigious school you will be given all the tools you need to create engaging and interactive science lessons that will grasp the attention of your students.

As a Biology ECT, you will be joining the schools highest achieving department who consistently achieve the highest GCSE results within the school. Many of the science teachers within the department joined the school as an ECT including three members of the SLT team, this shows the progressions available for a Biology ECT.

The headteacher has been with the school for over 9 years and has watched many ECT’s blossom into fantastic and inspiring teachers that have had many success stories during their time in education. During your induction you will be fully supported and have catch up meetings to discuss how things are going, what more could you ask for as a Biology ECT?
