Mediplacements is recruiting for an experienced band 7 Biomedical Scientist in Biochemistry for a role with our client located in London.

The pay for this position is £50,000- £60,000 per Annum, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration.

Quality Manager with Biochemistry and QMS experience.
Full time hours

Essential Skills
Strick adherence to standard operating procedure
Excellent pipetting
Accurate weighting
Using volumetric apparatus
Buffer preparation
Integration
Data handling
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests, including routine and specialized tests in the Biochemistry Department
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards
- Interpret results accurately and provide reports to medical staff
- Maintain accurate records of tests performed, results obtained and equipment used
- Troubleshoot, calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments

The successful candidate must be HCPC registered and have experience in Biochemistry.
