Bindery Operator (Night Shift)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join a litho & digital printing company with a reputation for both quality and service.

It would appeal to an individual with a passion for all things finishing, an ability problem solves when needed and a mindset to 'get the job done’ to the highest quality.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent print finishing skills, ready and able to operate at least one of the following machines, with the attitude to learn more.

• Guillotine’s
• Folder’s
• Stitchers
• Cylinder
• Binder

Requirements for the Role

• To have a passion for print finishing with an excellent can-do attitude
• To read and understand Job Bag information.
• To be able to run or assist one of the above machines.
• Have a good attitude to learn new equipment.
• Contribute to the Finishing Teams goals and objectives.
• Monitor and maintain quality of work produced to high standard.
• High Attention to detail
• Maintain a good standard of tidiness and be organised.
• Working to tight deadlines
• Being flexible when needed

The role would be working night:

Nights: Sunday-Wednesday - 36hrs per week

Sunday: 6pm-6pm / Mon-Wed: 10pm-6am
