This hybrid role (on-site twice a week) involves working on internal and external projects, pushing the boundaries of innovation.

Successful applicants must meet eligibility requirements to obtain UK Security Clearance.

Key Objectives:

The BIM Manager will spearhead the creation of BIM execution plans, focusing on ISO 19650 standards. Dive into clash detection, model reviews, and asset data checking. Engage with diverse teams and sub-contractors, ensuring seamless collaboration and validating data integrity.

Day-to-Day:

Lead, mentor, and coach the team, managing reviews, and chairing BIM meetings. Oversee the common data environment, conduct clash detection, and update BIM execution plans. Interface with digital operations and maintenance manuals, contributing to a streamlined handover.

Non-Negotiables:

ISO 19650 expertise, advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related software. Leadership experience in the BIM industry is crucial.

Qualifications:

Degree or HNC/D in a BIM-related or engineering subject, or equivalent.
