Billings Manager Sole Charge

Your new company

I am working with a leading entertainment business hiring a sole charge billings manager. This business provides a portfolio of services to an elite client pool within Sport, Music, Social and Entertainment. These clients include TV personalities, social influencers, producers and authors.

Your new role

• Daily direct point of contact for client billing queries
• Managing the billing process
• Issuing invoices
• Daily reconciling and reporting on cash flow
• Influencing colleagues to achieve billing deadlines
• Chasing debt, escalating through internal timelines
• Reporting internally on WIP and debtor KPIs
• Presenting internally at division board level monthly
• Owns the relationship with external debt collector's and legal counsel
• Manage and authorise the recharging of services / products to clients
• Manage client fix fee review process
• Manage internal WIP reviews for all clients on a quarterly basis
• Deliver system and process training for new colleagues
