Are you an experienced Legal Biller looking for a new challenge? Or perhaps someone at ‘Assistant’ level, looking to take a step-up, both in terms of responsibility and salary?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client as a Billing Coordinator, focusing on the EMEA & Asia regions.

As part of the team, you'll enjoy a range of perks designed to enhance your work-life balance and overall well-being. You will have access to private healthcare, a subsidised canteen, and a coffee bar to keep you energised throughout the day. Additionally, each October, you'll receive a certain amount of "benefits" to spend on items such as Apple products, wine deliveries, or gym memberships. Sound appealing? Well aside from that, the team is one we know well having placed several of the existing members. You’ll report into friendly and supportive line managers, who foster a fantastic working environment, whereby you will have the chance to learn and progress your skillset whilst having fun at the same time!

In terms of the role itself, you will manage high-volume billing instructions via the Paperless Proforma system, apply appropriate tax treatments to invoices, and ensure accurate eBilling submissions. You'll handle daily reviews and rejections, develop cross-training initiatives for the billing team, and manage the EMEA & Asia billing mailbox *full job spec available on request.

In terms of you, we are looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience in high-volume billing, proficiency in Paperless Proforma and a recognised Legal Practice Management system (Aderant/Elite Enterprise/Elite 3E).
