Description
- Generate accurate and timely bills for clients
- Resolve billing discrepancies and queries
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure financial records are accurate
- Assist with month-end closing processes
- Maintain client billing information in the system
- Follow compliance regulations related to billing
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
- Participate in special projects as needed
Profile
A successful Billing Coordinator should have:
- Proficiency in finance software
- Previous experience in a Billing role (ideally from a legal firm)
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
