Billing Co-Ordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Billing Administrator to join our client in Telford. Our client is looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and can demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.

Duties:

• Dealing with any billing escalations
• Troubleshoot and resolve billing system related problems
• Investigate and resolve escalated billing disputes
• Provide guidance to the first time customer service coordinators
• Investigate and resolve complex billing issues

The successful candidate will have:

• A strong background in customer service
• The ability to work under pressure and remain professional at all times
• The ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts
• An understanding of customer service principles and practices
