As a billing clerk at our Leighton Buzzard Finance office, you will be responsible for producing sales invoicing data and analysis reports. Also producing cost management reports routinely and on a request basis. You will also assist with the continuous improvement of processes and procedures, and invoicing of weekly and monthly billing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Produce sales invoicing Data and Analysis reports, and cost management reports
  • Invoicing of weekly and monthly billing
  • Develop and maintain own skills to facilitate current good business practice and achievement of business objectives
  • Open new accounts on Sage
  • Issue additional sales invoices and credit notes weekly and monthly

Key Skills/Experience/Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills - written and oral.
  • Excellent Excel skills, and a good working knowledge of Outlook and Sage
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise.
  • Good team player and able to work on your own initiative.
  • Relevant experience in operational and accounts environments
  • A great eye for detail

HOURS:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 37.5 Hours
