Ryder Reid Legal are looking to recruit an independent and proactive Billing Assistant to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a 12 month fixed term contract on a remote working basis. The main focus of the position will be to provide remote billing support to our clients London and Munich offices. Our client, who specialise in Corporate, Real Estate and Tax law, are looking for the ideal candidate to become a key part of their Billing Team.

The key duties of the position include:

  • Liaising with Secretaries/drafting and distributing Client & Fee agreements.
  • Submission of matter forms using Intapp.
  • Liaising directly with clients and fee earners.
  • Submission of Conflict Searches.
  • Distributing WIP reports to fee earners.
  • Reviewing WIP reports by double-checking rates, amending narratives & applying write offs.
  • Ensuring all disbursements are logged.
  • Checking invoices received from the Billing Team.
  • Assisting with raising invoices and credit notes.
  • Assisting with month end patent billings.
