Bids and Tender Analyst

We are currently looking for an Bids and Tender Analyst to join a Global company based in Watford. Our client has an exciting opportunity within their Bids, Tender, Contracts and Pricing team.

We are looking an analyst to support the business by maintaining product contracts and pricing on their CRM system. You will be working closely with both the sales and marketing departments to ensure accurate customer records and agreements are stored.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity.

Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 - Hybrid working

Free on-site parking and on on public transport routes.

Overview of duties:

• To use Microsoft Excel to produce reports on products & pricing
• Process, monitor and manage contracts on the CRM system including new contacts, renewals and extensions
• Upload new product prices and revised prices onto the system
• Investigate discrepancies in product pricing or quantities
• Produce reports and help decision-making through analysis
• To contact customers in relation to price, contract and product changes
• Ad hoc tasks as required

Candidate requirements:

• Analytical with intermediate MS Excel
• Investigative with a love for analysis
• Good task management and organisational skills
• Strong IT skills - particularly MS Excel
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
• Problem-solving skills
