A dedicated and adept bid writer is now required to support a market leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy, based flexibly out of their London office.

The Bid Writer Role and Responsibilities

The successful bid writer should have previous experience within the construction consultancy / property consultancy sector and have experience working on Public Sector bids and Frameworks.

Further bid writer responsibilities include:

  • Writing bid proposals
  • Developing a consistent proposal structure
  • Writing high quality bid responses
  • Lead strategy sessions within the proposal team and key stakeholders
  • Rework existing/ pre-written content
  • Gather technical input from stakeholders
  • Ensure branding and tone is consistent throughout
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Relevant qualification
  • Previous writing experience essential
  • APMP is appreciated

Can consider candidates from a QS or Architect background with bid experience and wishing to transition.
