Bid Support Executive, Reading or London

A fast-growing UK-wide business advisory company is looking for a highly creative Bid Support Executive to help them win more corporate finance business through the creation of highly professional pitches and proposals.

A brand new role

As a Bid Support Executive, you’ll work closely with the Business Development team to create high quality pitch and proposal documents and presentations. Key to the role will be your creativity and design skills. You’ll be responsible for elevating documents and presentations through on-brand visual assets.

From creating and editing content for bids and tenders, to managing and maintaining the library of business development resources, this is a varied and rewarding role. It’s an ideal opportunity for a talented and creative Pitch Executive or Proposal Designer to further their career.

This is a highly collaborative role, so expect to be in the office four days a week. You can be based in either London or Reading.

Required skills and experience

You’ll need a minimum of two years’ experience in a Bid Support or Business Development role. within professional services.

You’ll be highly creative with experience of using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Canva.
Strong copywriting skills with previous experience of writing content and presentations for corporate bids and tenders.

Sound IT skills including the use of MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel as well as using CRM systems.
Highly organised and able to prioritise workload and maintain high levels of attention to detail.
