Bid Manager - Required to join a Civil Engineer & Plant Hire Contractor based in Dromore, Belfast.

The client is a small to Medium Civil Engineering Company specialising in Groundworks, Earthworks, Demolition, Concrete works etc.

The successful Bid Manager will be assisting in the Tendering process, have experience in the Civil Engineering or Construction sector and good working knowledge of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ).

This position is suited for an individual looking for part time work with an expectation to move into full time employment in the future.

Bid Manager Position Requirements

• General Civil Engineering or House Building Construction Experience
• Experience of Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and tendering process, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of proposal submissions.
• Commercially astute with knowledge of standard forms of contract and standard methods of measurement.
• Previous experience in Bid Management
• Commercially astute with knowledge of standard forms of contract and standard methods of measurement.
• Experience of production of compelling proposals
• A proven track record of working in fast-paced environments and a dynamic approach to problem-solving and project management.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
