Job title: Bid Writer/Manager

Location: Ambergate / Hybrid

Duration: 3 months initially

The role:

As the Bid Writer/Manager, you will lead on the end-to-end process of compiling bids of up to (but not limited to) £350m, interlinking with all business areas and increasing the win ratio to support our client's growth strategy.

You will have exposure to the end-to-end process of Bid Management, this includes monitoring online platforms, conducting general research for work opportunities, linking in with all business areas on feasibility to deliver whilst balancing that with the commercial viability, all the way through to contract reviews and preparation for sign off.

Maintaining our sterling reputation of Performance Excellence means you will need to attend client performance reviews, new supplier onboarding questionnaire, go on site visits / scoping sessions, attend networking events and functions to build and maintain our customer and stakeholder relations resulting in more work orders.

Requirements:

· Experience within Bid Writing, ideally within the Utilities industry.

· Excellent attention to detail

· Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

· Experience in leading on bids and tenders and not being afraid to challenge.
