The role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Bid Coordinator to join our client's team. As a Bid Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Bid Manager in producing engaging and informative content for tender responses. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about creative writing and has a strong attention to detail.

Duties: -

  • Analyse requirements and specifications in preparation for drafting materials
  • Writing compelling and persuasive content for submissions
  • Conduct research to gather relevant information for writing projects
  • Collaborate with team members to develop content strategies
  • Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy and clarity
  • Use word processing software to draft and format documents

Experience required:

  • Proven experience as a Bid Coordinator/Bid Writer or similar
  • Degree educated in English or a Business related Degree
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Familiarity with various writing styles
  • Proficiency in word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word and Adobe)
  • Experience with proofreading and fact-checking
