GI Group are looking for an experience Bench Hand Joiner to join our client based in Hyde.

Job details

Monday - Friday
08:00 - 16:30
£14 - £17 per hour
Overtime after 40 hours is time and half pay

Job Purpose
To manufacture and install high end contemporary bespoke joinery and high quality commercial
fit out works.

Role details

  • All items will require manufacture from cutting lists to install.
  • Timesheets to monitor hours allocated to a job must be completed daily.
  • Sign off sheets on site must be performed by the site manager as each item has been fitted.
  • PPE to be worn and cared for.
  • Housekeeping throughout each task must be performed
  • Communicate effectively with all team members, clients and suppliers
  • Technically credible, grasps issues quickly
  • Decisive, determined, keep on top of issues, back up queries/disputes with facts and details


Essential

  • NVQ or City & Guilds joinery or site qualification
  • Clean driving licence
  • Bench hand experience
  • On site experience
  • CSCS card


Desirable

  • Autocad
  • First Aid
  • Pasma
