Our client is a leading provider of behaviour support training in the UK. They focus on ongoing support for organisations and practitioners to reduce the use of physical restraint and uphold the dignity of vulnerable individuals.
  
Job Description:
The ideal role for someone who is passionate about delivering training to staff and practitioners in healthcare, education, and social care settings across the Berkshire. The ideal candidate will have a track record of designing and executing a range of high-quality, successful training courses.
 
Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the co-ordination, delivery, and development of the engaging, impactful training courses.
  • Represent the company at conferences and public events, as required.
  • Support planning, delivery, and evaluation of focussed pieces of consultancy work for clients.
  • Foster a positive learning environment, emphasizing teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for producing the training schedule to maximise effectiveness of resources, ensuring consistency across all learning material and assets.
  • Monitor and evaluate training standards and outcomes, including using feedback from stakeholders and recommend improvements, to continuously improve learning and development offerings.
Essential Experience & Skills:
  • Highly experienced in creating engaging and motivational training sessions using blended learning to different audiences.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, public speaking experience.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills – ability to identify your audience, understand their needs, and use an effective and engaging style of communication.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Able to work to deadlines and prioritise own workload.
  • Ability to lead, plan and manage work areas.
  • Demonstrable creativity, with an innovative approach to solutions.
  • Be a ‘self-starter’ with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Be committed to continuous professional development and actively seek further knowledge and skills.
  • Possess a full driving license.
  • Knowledge of social care, education or a health care environment would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Be willing and able to travel to various locations across the UK and stay overnight monthly.
What’s on offer 
  • Between £27000 - £35000 p/a.
  • Company vehicle with fuel allowance.

  • 5% company pension contribution.
  • 28 days leave (including Bank Holidays).
  • Location – based in Reading (Berkshire), with regular travel to client sites and training locations.
