Your Role as a Behaviour Buddy:

  • Offer pastoral care and be a pillar of support for pupils.
  • Collaborate with teachers to craft and execute tailored education and behaviour plans.
  • Enrich the learning experience for gifted and SEN students.
  • Establish one-on-one mentoring and provide solace to students in distress.

We Value Your Expertise:

  • A solid grasp of the national curriculum and other educational frameworks.
  • Insight into child development and strategies to overcome learning obstacles.
  • The ability to strategize for students who may be at risk of underperforming.
  • Experience in a Secondary School setting or similar educational environment.
