Job Title: Beauty Therapist

Overview:

Join our client! We are representing a leading aesthetics clinic, who offer services, such as advanced laser hair removal suitable for all skin types, body sculpting and toning procedures, cosmetic injectables and additional services.

As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a range of beauty treatments and services to their clients, ensuring their satisfaction and enhancing their overall well-being. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for beauty and skincare.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform a variety of beauty treatments including Laser, Cooltec, Facials, Peels, Waxing, etc.
2. Deliver treatments with professionalism, ensuring the best possible customer experience.
3. Meet and exceed sales targets, actively promoting and upselling products and services.
4. Maintain a professional appearance at all times while working in the clinic.
5. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld in all areas of the salon.
6. Provide exceptional customer care and service, maintaining a professional manner with clients.
7. Assist with reception duties when required.
8. Adhere to all protocols and procedures throughout the day.
9. Maintain and upkeep equipment used for treatments.
10. Carry out errands when the workplace is quiet.
11. Perform bank lodgements if necessary.
12. Uphold the standards of work set by the company.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong sales skills and the ability to meet targets.
• Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
• Attention to detail and a caring approach towards clients.
• Possess a positive and friendly personality.
• NVQ in beauty therapy (face, body, and massage) or equivalent certifications such as ITEC/CIBTEC/CIDESCO in beauty therapy.
• All therapists must hold relevant certified qualifications for the treatments they perform.
• Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist, although not essential.
