Qualified Spa Therapist

Based in Enniskillen, my client is an award-winning and well-established organisation who are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Spa Therapist to join their team.

This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position.

Working hours: up to 40 hours per week working 5 shifts out of 7 per week (this role will require weekend shifts). Part time hours can also be considered

With a salary from £12 per hour – dependent on experience.

Essential Criteria:

  • Fully qualified beauty therapist with previous experience of working in a spa or beauty salon.
  • Must have CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC or equivalent industry recognised qualifications (Training and experience of delivering Reflexology and Indian Head Massage are an advantage).
  • Ability to possess in making recommendations on skin and body care products.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer care, communication, time management and organisation skills.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring delivery of excellent customer service standards.
  • Ensuring all clients receive services of the best quality.
  • Ensuring the spa team has confidence, knowledge, training and expertise required to maximise sales and achieve set targets.
  • Delivering spa therapies listed in the spa brochure to our clients.
  • Undertaking additional tasks and duties required by your manager from time to time.
  • Assisting with therapist training.
  • Ensuring cleanliness of spa at all times.
  • Building rapport with our clients.
