Are you an experienced Spa Treatment Manager looking for a new opportunity?

Do you want to work for a boutique hotel  who pride themselves in delivering excellent customer service to a high standard?

Reed are excited to be partnering with a Boutique Hotel in the Cotswolds to recruit a talented Spa Treatment Manager  to join their team on a permanent  basis.

Due to the location you will need to be a driver.

Looking for an experienced Spa Treatment Manager to lead a growing team to deliver spa treatments to a high standard.

Within the role you will work circa 40  hours a week

The ideal candidate will have

  • Previous experience as a spa/treatment manager
  • Previous leadership experience is essential
  • Flexibility to work on weekends
  • Qualified to NVQ level 3 Beauty or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a spa beauty therapist

The role-

  • Leading the team's day to day operations
  • Planning and training the team
  • Delivering spa treatments
  • Monthly stocktakes
  • Responsibility for spa revenue
