Zachary Daniels are excited to be partnered with one of europe's fast growing beauty brands in the market at the moment. Their mission is to simplify routines and offer personalised beauty for all ages. We are seeking a passionate and energetic Business Manager to join the team in their Bluewater location.

Business Manager duties include:

• Leading a team of 5 make up artists to achieve sales
• Manage daily, monthly and quarterly running of your counter - through business plans
• Motivate and drive team to achieve sales targets
• Staying up to date with the latest beauty trends.
• Performing Make-up / Skincare consultations on clients

Business Manager must have(s):

• Experience in leading a high performing, motivated team
• Personable and customer focused
• Passionate about the beauty industry
• Adaptable in a fast paced, ever changing sometimes high pressured environment
• Positive 'can do' attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Will consider background in Beauty, Cosmetics or Fashion.

In return offering a salary of up to £33,000, plus commission, generous discounts, pension scheme and so much more.
