Pertemps Dudley are seeking a dedicated Beam Saw Operator on behalf of our client in Dudley. As a Beam Saw Operator, you will play a crucial role in a wood manufacturing environment, ensuring the accurate and efficient cutting of wood materials to meet production demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate beam saw machinery to cut wood materials.
  • Set up and calibrate the beam saw for each job.
  • Inspect materials for defects and ensure proper alignment before cutting.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of quality and efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience operating beam saw machinery in a wood manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain precision in cutting.
  • Knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
