The Opportunity: We are in search of a skilled and passionate Bartender to join a team at a premium residential bar/lounge located in the prestigious Battersea area. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional in bartending and mixology, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Working Hours: Flexible shifts from 10 AM to 10 PM, operating on a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests to the bar/lounge.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Craft a variety of cocktails and serve refreshments and snacks.
• Offer expert drink recommendations with a creative twist.
• Maintain a well-stocked bar, including bottle and keg replacements.
• Monitor inventory and report low stock levels to the Premium Facilities Host.
• Order supplies and oversee stock management.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the bar, including glass washing and surface sanitizing.
• Process card payments and verify customer age with ID checks.
• Prepare the bar/lounge for closing.
• Support event setup and execution.
• Coordinate with contractors for repair, maintenance, and service tasks.
• Uphold licensing regulations regarding occupancy, behavior, noise, and conduct.
• Enforce guest policy adherence within the lounge area.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Experienced in mixology and bartending.
• Competent with IT systems and software.
• Exceptional customer service aptitude.
