Bar Supervisor - Seasonal Contract

Search Consultancy are currently recruiting for a full time ongoing Bar Supervisor to work with one of our clients within the Arbroath Area.

Shift Pattern : Working 5/7 Days - 30 - 40 hours per week. Does include some weekends. - you will be rota based so start times and finish times will vary.

Rate of Pay : £13ph - Weekly Pay

Contract : Full Time - Ongoing - Seasonal.

Start Date : ASAP Start

Duties :

> Ensuring all stock is replenished and secured appropriately.

> Maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the Bar and lounge areas at all
times in line with company policy and the health standards.

> Managing and Supervising junior members of staff

> Ensuring appropriate safety standards are followed.

> Reporting and communicating any issues effectively with colleagues and management.

>Promoting the business through great customer service.

> Serving and taking customers orders

>Handling cash and card and card payments and operating till systems.

> Maintaining a flexible approach to working duties, attending and completing mandatory training as required.
