Job Description: As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our upscale bar operations during late hours of this prestigious Events based hotel. This includes managing a dedicated team, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a vibrant atmosphere conducive to luxury entertainment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of bartenders, servers, and support staff to deliver unparalleled service excellence.
  • Curate and execute innovative beverage programs tailored to our VIP clientele's preferences.
  • Maintain inventory levels, control costs, and optimize profitability while upholding quality standards.
  • Foster relationships with VIP guests, ensuring their needs are consistently exceeded.
  • Uphold compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a fast paced bar
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Outstanding customer service orientation with a focus on VIP guest satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work late-night shifts and weekends as required.
