Position: Bar Manager
Location: Towcester, Northamptonshire
Salary: Dependent on experience plus service charge
37.5hrs - Must hold a UK Driving license

As the Bar Manager, you will be the driving force behind our bar program, responsible for shaping its vision and ensuring its execution to perfection. You will lead a team of passionate bartenders, inspiring them to craft creative cocktails, elevate guest experiences, and maintain the highest standards of service.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, providing hands-on guidance and support to bartenders to ensure consistency and excellence in beverage preparation and presentation.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, nurturing the professional growth and development of the bar team.
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability while upholding quality standards.
  • Cultivate relationships with guests, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Uphold compliance with all liquor laws, health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-volume bar or upscale hospitality establishment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
