We are looking for a Banking Technical Tutor to join our team.


As a Banking Technical Tutor you will create content and deliver teaching sessions focussed around retail/commercial banking & risk qualifications as part of Kaplan’s Financial Services Apprenticeships. You will be teaching small to medium size groups of UK bankers on a client demand basis so strong planning and organising skills are paramount and a keen eye for detail when creating sessions to meet the objectives of a syllabus for the specific qualification you are teaching.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is currently within the banking sector, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you’ll bring to the role

You won’t need prior teaching experience because our Tutor Academy and current Financial Services Tutors will help you become and inspirational educator, but you will need:

  • Relevant professional banking qualification(s)

  • An ability to communicate effectively and present with clarity, confidence and purpose

  • Team working skills and an ability to build strong relationships and trust

  • An ability to convert technical learning into engaging learning content, requiring good attention to detail and creative thinking

  • Passion and enthusiasm for education and learning businesses
