Banking and Finance Solicitor

My client is a Legal 100 commercial law firm in Bristol currently seeking an ambitious banking & finance solicitor (circa 1+ PQE) to join this highly regarded team that is on the panel for regional, retail and London International banks.

The role:

• Acting for both borrower and lender side transactions
• Providing advice on acquisition finance, real estate finance, clearing bank panel transactions
• Support corporate MBO and private equity transactions
• Work alongside colleagues on restructurings 

Team culture:

• This is not a hierarchical team and as a junior solicitor you are a part of all the deals, will meet with clients where you lead the drafting from the start (including structuring and quoting) through to the completion of a deal
