Are you a skilled and compassionate Specialist Registered Children's Nurse seeking an exciting role in East London?

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Paediatric Nurse to contribute to the enhancement and expansion of the Adolescent and Transition service. This role offers a dynamic environment where you'll support young people aged 13 to 18 years, providing specialized care and guidance across both children's and adult services.

Role:

  • As a Band 7 Nurse, your primary focus will be to assess and address the health and wellbeing needs of adolescents, especially those with chronic, complex, or long-term conditions.
  • You'll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement transition programs, ensuring seamless care as young people transition from paediatric to adult services.
  • Your responsibilities will span various hospital areas, from pediatric wards to outpatient clinics and emergency departments, providing holistic support to patients and their families.

We're seeking a motivated and dedicated individual with a background in paediatric nursing and experience in adolescent care.
