Summary :

• Job Title: Band 7 CPN CAMHS
• Location: South East Kent
• Duration: 3 months
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Start Date: Asap 2 weeks
• Rate of pay: £30 p/h

A Day in the Life of a Registered Nurse:

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering NHS community mental health services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored care plans.
• Administer medications, perform clinical procedures, and ensure patient safety.
• Advocate for patients' rights and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Provide education, support, and counselling to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation, participate in quality improvement, and pursue professional development.

Requirements and qualifications required for this role:

• Current and valid registration with the NMC.
• Proven experience within a community recovery role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
• Past experience in CAMHS, experienced in assessment, risk assessment and treatment and case management.
• To offer Assessment, Risk Assessment and to support the team with the delivery of group and individual Treatment of CYPMHS patients until vacancies are recruited to.
• This will ensure that the team are safely staffed to deal with the increase in urgent referrals.

Working hours and contract duration:

This position will require you to work from Monday to Friday, but hours can be flexible. This Contract is for 3 months.
