Band 6/7 Community Stroke Rehabilitation Physiotherapist: Hunter AHP have an opportunity for an experienced neuro / stroke physiotherapist to secure an ongoing locum contract, in a, community environment. The service provides rehabilitation for patients who have suffered a stroke and recently been discharged back into the community.

Community Stroke Physiotherapists work as prt of a wider multi-disciplinary therapy team, as this role is community based a car driver is preferable but not essential.
