Adhoc Availability: Respond to staffing needs on a flexible basis, accepting assignments as per your availability. This offers you the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to legal and ethical standards. Provide clear and concise reports on patient progress as required.

Continuous Professional Development: Stay informed about advancements in mental health nursing, attending relevant training sessions and contributing to your professional growth.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current registration as a Mental Health Nurse with the NMC
• Minimum of 12 months' experience in mental health nursing.
• Up-to-date knowledge of mental health legislation, policies, and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
