Brook Street (UK) Ltd is looking for a Band 4 Personal Secretary / Minute Taker to support our client`s team with essential administrative tasks and projects.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Proficiently managing IT systems
- Act as the primary point of contact for communication between PSW(s) and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain organized filing systems with a focus on security
- Providing full secretarial and minute taking support to PSW(s).
- Daily utilization of Microsoft Excel, Access, Word , and Power Point
- Precise data entry using the client`s computerised CRM system
- Maintaining stringent quality standards
- Efficiently handling telephone inquiries with courtesy and warmth
- Diary management, Dictation
- Mail management
To qualify, candidates should have one of the following:
- 4 GCSEs at grades A-C or equivalent
OR
- NVQ Level 2 in Administration
OR
- Two years administrative experience (including typing)
OR
- OCR/RSA Stage II Text Processing
OR
- Part I & II (Word Processing/Typewriting)
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment (e.g. Microsoft Office)
- Outstanding communication skills and a keen eye for detail
- The ability to work as a part of a Team and to use own initiative
