Job Description:

We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ballymena.
This temporary, full-time position is at Band 3 level and entails a variety of administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments
  • Assist in data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and other office software.
  • Respond to inquiries and correspondence promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; experience with other Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
