Bakery Operative 

Based in Carlton, Barnsley, S71 3HF - The home of Mr Kipling

Salary - £24,672.65 - £30,782.07 per annum
Fixed Term, Full time (39.5 hours per week)

Shifts Available - Days & Afters OR Nights

We have a number of full time, fixed term opportunities available at our Barnsley site for Bakery Operatives to join the team throughout our peak period. You will be a fully engaged team member prodominently working on a production line which may involve operating machinery, cleaning, or packing. 

The successful candidate will:

• Follow site Health and Safety Policies e.g.  Be safe, Hazard awareness.

• Working together as a team to ensure Line is Audit ready. Personal responsibility for own area. Clean as you go. Complete cleaning records.

• Follow Standard operating procedures, complete paperwork if applicable and work together as a team to meet the Production plan.

•  To support the Team in setup and Changeovers in all areas.

What we need from you:

• To have the ability to understand Basic Health, Safety and Environment.
• Good level of Maths and English
• Physcially able to complete all required duties
• Previous experience in a similar environment desirable
