B2B Salesperson

Insight Employment are seeking a B2B Salesperson for a local client of ours in Milton Keynes.

The Company: -

Our client is a specialist in bespoke tailored workwear, sportswear and merchandise.

The ideal candidate: -

• You must have had previous experience as a B2B Salesperson in the local and surrounding area.
• Must have a network within the Milton Keynes area.
• Must be extremely well organized and be able to work alone.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Experience of the workwear market would be a benefit but not essential.
• Experience of managing people is preferred.

Requirements: -

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A great sense of self-motivation, ambition and determination.
• Must be sales driven.
• Self-management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must hold a UK driving licence.

Benefits: -

• Laptop & phone.
• Bonus 5% of net margin (after the target is reached), rising to 10% if hit multiplier bonus.
• Use of a company vehicle to attend appointments.

Salary: -

26,500 - 30,000k basic depending on experience
