Job description

```Duties```
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for clients
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Utilize Salesforce or similar software to manage and update appointment schedules
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and appointment information

```Experience```
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and strategies
- Proficiency in using software applications such as Salesforce or similar CRM systems
