B2B Marketing Manager
Role: B2B Marketing Manager – Leeds
Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division are excited to be working exclusively with an evolving distributor and design partner.
My client operates predominantly in the B2B sector and is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to join their team.
In this role, you will be a senior member of the marketing team and support the growth of revenue and margin by planning, managing, and executing a commercially aligned marketing plan that build awareness, drives lead generation and sales through existing and prospective customers.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the role will be responsible for coordinating and driving strong, customer-focused marketing campaigns to promote existing products and services. Activity should support key business objectives and KPI’s.
The Marketing Manager will manage, train and develop a Marketing Executive within the team.
Responsibilities:
- To create and manage tactical marketing campaigns that support key objectives of our client and promote brand, products and services
- Ensure campaigns are managed within agreed budgets and timescales
- To track and evaluate the performance of campaigns (e.g. through Google Analytics, lead generation, GP, team KPI’s) and use this data to recommend improvements for future campaigns and solutions to fit within budgets
- To ensure all marketing materials and communications are aligned with our brand identity and reflect the company values
- To manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, content for the website and emails, brochures etc
- To work collaboratively with and build strong work relationships with Creative and PR agencies, Photographers, printers etc to ensure they work effectively with us and are always aligned to our brand and values
- To track and analyse traffic flow through our website and produce regular internal reports
- To contribute to the development and maintenance of the website
- To organising events at trade shows and other venues, coordinating with our staff to ensure prompt delivery of materials and merchandise
- To manage, coach and develop Marketing Executives within the team
To work collaboratively with other managers and departments and always behave in a way that demonstrates our values

- B2B marketing

- Developing and integrating multi-channel marketing campaigns
Salary: £40-50K per annum
