Azure RFP Project Manager

Robert Half is assisting their client, a Global Consulting Firm, in seeking an Azure Project Manager to spearhead the migration of existing Azure workloads from a third-party CSP tenant to the internal Azure tenant of the end client. This role will primarily involve drafting an RFP and overseeing the transition, focusing on a lift and shift approach with potential for application refinement where applicable.

Assignment Details

• An initial 3 Months to complete the RFP with the view of further extension subject to successful RFP.
• Daily Rate at c.£600 p/day via umbrella.
• Hybrid Working: On-site presence required 3 days a week near Luton.

The Azure Project Manager Responsibilities & Experience Needed:

• Previous experience in FMCG, hospitality, retail, or similar industries is ideally preferred.
• Lead the development of an RFP for the migration project.
• Coordinate the migration of all existing Azure workloads from the third-party CSP tenant to the internal Azure tenant of the end client.
• Implement a seamless lift and shift strategy, while identifying opportunities for application refinement where feasible.
• Proven experience in drafting RFPs and managing Azure migration projects.
• Familiarity with cloud service providers and migration processes.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering within specified timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
